Tuition Policy

STEMON USA follows a per-session payment model for our STEM classes. This model allows us to be more flexible with our students schedules since parents will only pay for the sessions their child attends rather than a flat monthly fee.

Under this structure, tuition will be $150 for 4 sessions. Families purchase sessions in sets of 4, and those sessions can be used anytime within 3 months of purchase. Although these classes can be redeemed at any point during those 3 months, we ask that students stick to previously established class times. Should there be any reason a student needs to change their class time, we ask that parents reach out via email (info@stemonusa.com) in order to schedule those changes when they arise.

For families that wish to utilize charter school or other organizational funds for our services, please refer to your charter school/organization for information regarding invoicing and purchase orders.

Tuition is non-refundable and will not be pro-rated.

Attendance Policy

We understand that there may be many reasons as to why your student may miss a class. If a class is missed, the make-up session must be scheduled within the same month. STEMON Staff will work together with students' and parents' schedules in order to provide this makeup session. If a class is missed at the end of the month, the make-up session should be scheduled during the first week of the following month.
